Prime the Animation! is the only international animation festival in Spain that focuses on young talent, and dedicates its competition to the short films of students and upcoming artists. It started in 2013 as an exchange project of animation short films from international universities, and has grown to become an animation festival. The festival team is made up of professors, professionals, graduates and students who are passionate about animation, with the collaboration of institutions and companies. Prime the Animation!10 will take place from October 18 to 22, 2022 at the Universitat Politècnica de València and other collaborating venues: La Filmoteca - Institut Valencià de Cultura and CCCC.
